Terms and conditions

These conditions govern the use of prepayworld and the purchase of digital value products through the platform.

1. Who we are

prepayworld is a digital value marketplace that sells gift cards and, soon, mobile top-ups, data packages and eSIM. By using the platform you accept these terms.

2. The account

To buy you may need an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity that occurs in your account. You must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

3. Products and prices

  • The final price is always shown before you pay.
  • Products are digital value and are delivered electronically, with no physical shipping.
  • The availability of brands, amounts and countries may change without prior notice.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through secure gateways with tokenization and 3-D Secure verification. We do not store the full data of your card. If a payment does not complete, no charge is made.

5. Delivery

Once the payment is confirmed, the code (PIN) is generated and shown instantly, and is also available in your account. It is your responsibility to keep it and redeem it according to the issuing brand's conditions.

6. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital value products, a revealed code is not refundable except for an error verified on our part or a charge without delivery. See our refund policy.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for fraudulent, unlawful activities or those that infringe third-party rights. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or applicable regulation, including anti-money laundering rules.

8. Country restrictions

Some digital value products may be unavailable in your country or subject to restrictions. You are responsible for checking that the purchase and use of the product are legal in your jurisdiction. See our Compliance page for details.

9. Limitation of liability

We offer the platform «as is». To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of third-party products once the code has been delivered correctly.

10. Changes and contact
