What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, work email, company, country, area of interest, expected volume and your message. We also record the date, your IP address and browser user agent to prevent abuse.

Why we use it

We use this information to answer your request and to discuss a possible business relationship (pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries). We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a business relationship starts, in which case contract retention rules apply.

Who we share it with

Our hosting provider (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany) and, where applicable, our CRM provider. Any transfer outside the EEA relies on appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its use, by writing to hello@prepayworld.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
